Dear Malverne School District Community,

As I reflect on my first few months as your superintendent, my heart is filled with gratitude, pride, and enthusiasm for all that I have experienced and witnessed in Malverne. From my earliest days in the district, I have been welcomed with warmth, generosity, and a true sense of community—values that are deeply embedded in who we are.

It has been an absolute joy meeting our incredible students across all schools. Whether visiting classrooms, attending performances, cheering at athletic events, or spending time at school celebrations, I continue to be inspired by their talents, kindness, creativity, and determination. Each interaction reminds me why Malverne is so special—our students are confident, compassionate, and full of potential, and that is no coincidence. They are nurtured, guided, and supported each day by extraordinary teachers and dedicated staff who give their all to help every child flourish. Our educators’ commitment to academic excellence, emotional support, and personal growth is evident in every school visit and every conversation I have had.

I have also had the pleasure of attending many district events where our remarkable parents and PTAs shine in their tireless support of our children and schools. Their enthusiasm, generosity, and partnership enrich the educational experience for all students, creating memorable opportunities, enhancing school spirit, and strengthening the bond that makes Malverne a true family. Their dedication defines what it means when we say a strong home-school connection is one of our greatest assets.

Your children are fortunate to be surrounded by caring educators, loving families, and a community that believes wholeheartedly in the power of education, kindness, and possibility. I look forward to continuing this journey together, working collaboratively, celebrating our successes, and always keeping our students at the heart of every decision.
